Benita is a medium to large size German Shepherd cross of around 3 years old. She was rescued outside her former home after being abandoned. Her loyalty shone through as she sat and waited for days outside without food or water because she longed for her owners to come back. The sad thing is her life before was probably not that good anyway as many dogs like her are used for guarding the property and she most likely spent her days and nights living on a chain.
I do believe that this is something she wasn’t very good at and the reason she was thrown away because she’s so friendly and loves everyone and everything. Since she’s been in the UK and in my home, she hasn’t put a paw wrong, she’s a happy girl and gets on well with other dogs.
She’s clean in the house and walks perfect on a lead and I feel she would suit a family who will take the time to continue her training and give her an active life style as I think she would benefit from this and become an absolutely perfect, loyal companion.
