Oscar is about 5 years old and of medium size and is thought to be a Tibetian Terrier cross. Oscar was found almost frozen in the snow trying to fend for himself on the street when his owner died and he had no one to take care of him.
Oscar is a sweet gentle boy, loves people, loves other dogs, he would make a great companion and it would be great for him to be in front of his own warm fire this Christmas.
