Amy – 8 month old female Cross-Breed

This is our lovely Amy. Amy is a lovely 8 month old Cross Breed girl. She is a lovely, lovely girl and so deserving to a wonderful forever home. Lets hope it can be soon. Amy’s history is that she was a Romanian street puppy who was picked up and stayed at the public shelter for the first part of his life before she came to us. She is still timid as with a lot of dogs until they get in their own individual home where they can start to really settle down and relax and receive a lot more individual attention and love. She is obviously fine with all other dogs and is fostered in a multi-dog house hold.

Amy is a submissive and lovely natured dog and would not hurt anyone. She really needs first to be able to settle and then the work with her would be to build up her confidence but lots of walking to bring her energy levels down, both mentally and physically and with a general routine. It would do her good to have other confident dog around her to show her the lead and she would pick up the positive vibes which would help her. At this point, patience is more a thing to give Amy and not to push her but just lots of positive attitude so she can forget she has to worry. Once this is instilled and she has a bit more confidence which shouldn’t take long and lots of love, Amy will be perfectly fine.

Amy is quite a shy girl initially, but that there is no aggression. Once she knows you and no harm will come to her, she really wants to please you. Gentle encouragement and lots of individual work with her will soon turn lovely Amy round to enjoying life to the full and being a wonderful companion. Amy is currently in foster in North London near J25 of M25. We are looking to re-home her in or around this area or neighbouring counties as a home check will be done.
