Luna is 2-3 years old and possibly a Spaniel cross. She is vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. Luna spent quite a while in a Romanian shelter where conditions are poor and not everyone is kind. Once she knows you, which doesn’t take long, Luna is one of the most loving, affectionate, gentle dogs you could wish for.
She is calm and clean in the house, is fine with confident cats and walks well on the lead. Her foster carers say she is one of the best dogs they have had. Luna gets on well with most dogs but wants all the attention for herself so would probably be best as an only dog.
She does, however have a distrust of strangers in her home, particularly men, and if she feels herself or the family is under threat will try to see off the intruder. We feel that with time, patience and perseverance this could be worked with. All in all Luna is a great little girl and we really hope someone will give her a chance.
